We want your Pronatrix supplements to reach you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to your doorstep.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If your pin code is not serviceable by our logistics partner, you will be notified during checkout so you can provide an alternative delivery address.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods such as sales events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location. Metro cities and major urban areas typically receive deliveries within 3–5 business days. Tier 2 and tier 3 cities usually receive deliveries within 5–7 business days. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take 7–10 business days.
These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, logistics disruptions, regional restrictions, or local holidays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of ₹999 or more. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated before any discount adjustments and are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number or AWB (airway bill) number. Tracking information is provided by our logistics partner and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery agent is unable to reach you at the provided address, they will typically make up to two additional attempts. If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will reach out to you to arrange re-dispatch or process a refund, minus any applicable shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and product. We will investigate the matter with our logistics partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please do not discard the damaged packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders. COD orders are subject to the same processing and delivery timelines as prepaid orders. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as the delivery agent may not carry change. If a COD order is refused at delivery, future COD orders from the same account may be restricted.
